Jon has over twenty years of experience in the food and beverage industry where he’s worked every job from washing pots to owning his own restaurant. He has a serious passion for locally sourced, high-quality craft edibles. His father was a chemistry professor for thirty-five years at the University of Maine; as a result Jon thought he might try his hand at beer chemistry, thinking he might have absorbed something through osmosis. Jon has a seven-year old daughter and an eighteen year old Abyssinian cat named “Dog.” Jon’s favorite beers are IPAs and Oud Bruin.
