Lead Canning Operator and Cellar Person/”Dr. Zahm Nagel”
Before Baxter Brewing, self-taught microbrew guru, Ryan, began working for Shipyard with zero industry-experience as a cellarperson and on the kegging line. After three years, he moved on to Sebago Brewing where he worked as a liaison between the pubs and brewery. Ryan has two sons, a lovely wife, and an adopted dog from the Caribbean. He is a major Bruins fan, and has a “Men’s Room Bar” at his home complete with official pints and coasters, two taps, and a collection of more than 500 magnetized bottle caps. His favorite beers are IPA’s (they’re “his jam”)
