Online:
We’re confident that you’ll love your sweet Baxter Brewing Co. schwag! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for refund or exchange.
If you are returning or exchanging an item, please note that shipping back to Baxter Brewing Co. is at the customer’s expense. When returning your item, please write the invoice number somewhere on or in the package. Your account will be credited within 7 days after we receive your return.
In-Store:
If you’re not thrilled with your purchase from Baxter Brewing Co., we will gladly return or exchange an item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. With your receipt, we will be more than happy to give you your money back. Without a receipt, we can provide store credit.
Payment & Shipping Fine Print:
All items purchased online will be shipped by the shipping means you select at check-out within 1-3 business days. If you would prefer to pay by phone or check, please call the brewery (207-333-6769) to make special arrangements. If you have any additional questions, please email (info@baxterbrewing.com) or call before making a purchase. Currently we are only able to ship domestically within the United States; we apologize for any inconvenience.
