For the latest episode of Maine magazine’s WeGo, we were thrilled to open the doors for host Carolyn Brady as she explores the world of craft brewing. Carolyn took on a lot, beginning her journey with beer’s most integral ingredient: the hops. She then spent a day on the floor with us before following the product’s full life cycle to a local farm that uses spent grain for cow feed.
And of course, what day of brewing would be complete without some reward? The Pub’s Director of Operations, Caitlyn Paige, gives Carolyn a sampling of some of our best brews. Judging by Carolyn’s reaction, we get the sense she knows now why we love what we do.
